Shipping and Returns
All Eleven11 Subscription Box items are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of the Eleven11 boxes, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Eleven11 Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take 2 weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment.
For items purchased from Complete The Style or Between Boxes, returns are available within 7 days of arrival date of product and exchanges are available within 14 days.
You must contact our customer service team via email prior to shipping any items back for authorization. A return or exchange without authorization will be refused and sent back to customer without refund. All shipping costs associated with a return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
