What can I expect to see in the box?

Every season, we curate 3-5 pieces of high quality accessories consisting of jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, bags, or hair accessories to send directly to your door. All items selected are based upon your selected Style Profile. Check out the COCO, LEXI, STELLA profiles to decide which girl is the best one for you! Each box contains items at a combined retail value of $150 or more!

What are the billing and shipping dates?

After your initial subscription payment, you will be billed up to three weeks prior to the next season’s ship date. For example, if you started your subscription in January, you will receive your first the Eleven11 Spring box in February. We will keep you updated on shipping as we get close.

You only need to subscribe one time. You do not need to purchase the next season’s box; your card will be automatically charged.

Renewal Dates:

  • Spring renewal charges occur February 1st
  • Summer renewal charges occur May 13th
  • Fall renewal charges occur August 13th
  • Holiday renewal charges occur November 1st

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Shipping months are:

  • Spring boxes begin shipping mid February
  • Summer boxes begin shipping late May
  • Fall boxes begin shipping late August
  • Holiday boxes begin shipping mid November (hoping for delivery around 11/11) :)

What if I have an address change?

Address changes must be made within your account prior to the ship month for existing or renewing members. Please view the address change deadlines for existing or renewing members below:

  • Spring shipment address update deadline is January 31
  • Summer shipment address update deadline is April 30
  • Fall shipment address update deadline is July 31
  • Holiday shipment address update deadline is October 15

How do I cancel my subscription?

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Eleven11 subscriptions automatically renew. Your subscription can be cancelled during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first season’s box. If you would like to cancel your seasonal subscription after receiving the first box, then make sure to do so before the LAST day of the month prior to receiving your next box (Holiday box cancellation deadline is the exception to this model - see dates below); otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. For example, if you would like to cancel before your Spring box ships, contact us by January 31. There are no cancellation fees.

In order to cancel your subscription, please contact us here. Canceling your subscription prior to the renewal month will stop any further credit card charges.
